Eos helps you keep a medication schedule, record doses and readings, and share updates with family. Large controls, adjustable text, local reminders, Apple Watch and widgets support everyday use. Reports keep past medication history when schedules change. Free, with no in-app purchases, for iPhone and Apple Watch. Eos gives no medical advice. Follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
Medication and everyday care
Your daily medication and care
Today puts the next dose, recording a note, and asking for help near the top. The main dose button marks medication due now. Future doses stay separate, and each mark can be undone.
Local reminders and supply tracking
Eos plans local reminders ahead, with follow-ups when notification capacity allows. Open the app regularly to renew the plan, and check any notification warning on Today. Mark doses from the iPhone, Apple Watch, widgets or Siri. Supply tracking supports half tablets and decimal liquid amounts.
Large text and accessible controls
Large main action buttons, rounded text, and three text sizes in Settings. Eos also follows larger iOS accessibility text sizes. Choose Light, Dark or High Contrast, with symbols and labels alongside status colors.
Help and emergency information
Ask for Help prepares your request and emergency information for the contacts you selected. You choose when to send it in Messages or share it through another app. Phone buttons offer a way to call. Eos does not automatically alert family or emergency services.
Readings and reports
Enter blood pressure and glucose readings or optionally import new readings from Apple Health. Eos only reads Health data. Set your own comparison ranges with your caregiver or clinician. Share 30- or 90-day reports as text or an A4 PDF with medication history and reading charts.
Private records, chosen sharing
Records stay on your devices. Eos has no developer server, ads or tracking. Speech recognition runs on the device when supported. You choose what to share through other apps. An optional caregiver code protects medication and contact edits while keeping dose marking, notes, Help, text size and appearance accessible.
