Email quartz@orochisystems.com for Quartz support. We can help with Apple Watch setup, Health permissions, focus session behavior, subscriptions, exports, and privacy controls.

2. Quick Setup Checks

If data is missing or sessions are not behaving correctly, first verify: - iPhone and Apple Watch are paired and nearby. - Quartz is installed on both iPhone and watch. - Health permissions are granted for Quartz. - Bluetooth/Wi-Fi are enabled and WatchConnectivity is active. - The app is updated to the latest available version.

3. Health and Session Troubleshooting

Quartz uses HealthKit and watch telemetry for best real-time scoring. If Health shows "Not Connected" in Quartz settings, re-open Apple Health permissions and allow required categories. If watch telemetry is interrupted, end and restart the session after reconnecting devices.

4. Subscription and Billing Help

Quartz Pro billing is handled by Apple App Store. Use "Restore Purchases" in the paywall if entitlement status is missing, and use "Manage Subscription" in settings to open Apple subscription management.

5. Data Export and Deletion

Quartz provides CSV export from settings. You can delete sessions in-app, uninstall Quartz to remove local app data, and manage any mindful-session entries from Apple Health controls.

6. What to Include in Your Email

Please include your iPhone model, watch model, iOS/watchOS versions, Quartz app version, and a short issue description. If possible, include reproduction steps and whether Health access, analytics preference, and subscription status are enabled.

7. Privacy and Safety Note

Do not send passwords, purchase receipts with sensitive identifiers, private tokens, or other secrets. If you share screenshots, redact personal data before sending.
