By downloading, installing, or using Garnet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Garnet is a conversation card app designed for couples to deepen their relationship through guided questions and prompts. The App provides question cards across six categories, progress tracking, favorites, and theme customization.
3. User Eligibility
Garnet is intended for users aged 9 and above. Children under 13 should use the App under parental supervision. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or that a parent or guardian has agreed on your behalf.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use Garnet only for its intended purpose of facilitating meaningful conversations between partners. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within Garnet — including questions, designs, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Orochi Systems. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Garnet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Orochi Systems does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The questions and prompts are for entertainment and relationship enrichment purposes and do not constitute professional counseling or therapy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orochi Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
