By downloading, installing, or using Emerald ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Emerald is a social conversation card app designed to deepen friendships through guided questions and prompts. The App provides question cards across six categories with multi-player support, turn tracking, progress tracking, favorites, and theme customization.
3. User Eligibility
Emerald is intended for users aged 9 and above. Children under 13 should use the App under parental supervision. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or that a parent or guardian has agreed on your behalf.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use Emerald only for its intended purpose of facilitating friendly conversations. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within Emerald — including questions, designs, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Orochi Systems. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Emerald is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Orochi Systems does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The questions and prompts are for entertainment and social purposes and do not constitute professional advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orochi Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
