Email blackwall@orochisystems.com for support. We can help with model installs, storage/memory fit questions, voice input, image attachments, thread behavior, and local data controls.

2. What to Include

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Blackwall app version, the model you were using, and a short description of the issue. If possible, include steps to reproduce and the exact error text shown in Blackwall.

3. Model Install and Runtime Checks

If a model fails to install or load, verify that your device has enough free storage, that the network can reach the model host, and that the selected model is appropriate for your device class. Larger and vision-capable models need significantly more storage and device memory than the starter model.

4. Voice and Image Troubleshooting

For voice input, confirm Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions are enabled and that on-device speech recognition is available for your language. For image analysis, confirm Camera or Photo Library access is enabled and try switching to or installing a vision-capable model if image prompts fail.

5. Privacy and Local Data Controls

Blackwall stores threads, attachments, and model assets locally on your device. You can remove individual models, delete threads, or use the in-app wipe flow to purge the local archive. Avoid sending private prompts, secrets, or unredacted screenshots in support emails.
