1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Azurite ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service Nature
Azurite is a digital wellness and behavior-coaching app that logs usage sessions, analyzes correlation-based wellness patterns, provides intervention prompts, and offers coaching features. Feature availability may differ by tier, device, and configuration.
3. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer
Azurite is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Any biometric relationship shown in the app is correlation-based and informational only. Do not rely on Azurite for medical decisions or emergencies.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and using supported Apple hardware/software to use Azurite.
5. Device and Feature Requirements
Some features depend on supported iOS/iPadOS versions, HealthKit availability, Screen Time/Family Controls authorization, notification permissions, and Live Activity/widget support. Features may vary by device and region.
6. Permissions and User Controls
Azurite may request Notifications, HealthKit read access, and Screen Time/Family Controls authorization. You can deny or revoke permissions at any time in system settings, which may reduce available app functionality.
7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals
Paid features are offered through Apple App Store billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Pricing and availability can change by region and over time.
8. Free vs Pro Access
Azurite may limit certain features in the free tier (including coaching volume, nudge limits, and historical depth). Pro access unlocks expanded functionality based on active entitlement status.
9. Optional Cloud Sync
Cloud sync is optional and may require configured backend endpoints, authenticated account session setup (including Sign in with Apple flow where available), and active entitlement checks where configured. You are responsible for account credentials and understanding that connectivity/outages can affect sync timing.
10. Data Export and Deletion
Azurite may provide local export controls and cloud-data purge controls when sync is enabled and authenticated. You can stop using Azurite at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling subscriptions through Apple settings.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use Azurite for unlawful activity, abuse platform/payment infrastructure, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse automated systems tied to the app.
12. Third-Party Dependencies
Azurite relies on third-party platforms and frameworks including Apple services and may use RevenueCat and Supabase when configured. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or service-level failures.
13. Intellectual Property
Azurite, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by Orochi Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Azurite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, uninterrupted sync, or error-free performance.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orochi Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Azurite.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if service components are discontinued. You may stop using Azurite at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling any active subscription through Apple.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
