Email azurite@orochisystems.com for support. We can help with permissions, coaching behavior, syncing, subscriptions, and data export/deletion controls.

2. What to Include

To help us debug quickly, include your device model, iOS/iPadOS version, Azurite app version, and a short description of the issue. If relevant, include whether HealthKit, Screen Time, and Notifications permissions are granted, plus whether Pro and Cloud Sync are enabled.

3. Privacy and Safety Note

Do not send passwords, identity tokens, access tokens, or other secrets. If you share screenshots or logs, redact personal details before sending.
